Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills; seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2016-08. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />• Resolution No. 2016-09, entitled, "A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County Fiscal <br />Officer to adjust the amended official certificate of estimated resources for 2016." <br />Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution.No. 2016-09. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, now that we have approved the expenditures budget, this is our notification <br />to the County what our revenue resources are so we have the funds available to pay those <br />expenses. <br />Council President 5aponaro asked, any other questions or discussion? Introduced by Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2016-10. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? Diane or poug if one of you want to speak <br />to this. <br />Ms. Wolgamuth stated, these are items in the Community Room that are no longer needed. We <br />are tearing dovcm the old Community Room on May 1 St. Many of the items will be moved over
