P'Yotion to authorize the P'Iayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with <br />the Cuyahoga County Board of IIealth for stormwater outfall monitoring and <br />testing and to approve expenditure in the amount of $4,102 for sampling and <br />monitoring services foi- 2016. <br />Mrs. Mills; seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize the Mayor to enter into a <br />Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for stonnwater <br />outfall inonitoring and testing and to approve expenditure in the ainount of $4,102 for sainpling , <br />and monitoring services for 2016. <br />Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? <br />There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Meinorandum of Understanding and <br />Expenditure Autliorized <br />? First ReadinQ of Ordinance No. 2016-15, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />ainending Codified Ordinance Chapter 155 relative to the Senior Center and Cominunity <br />Room Building." Introduced Uy Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2016-15 was moved to Second Read. <br />• Resolution No. 2016-14, entitled, "An Einergency Resolution designating certain ' <br />financial institutions as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the <br />five (5) year period coinmencing with January l, 2016, and authorizing depository <br />agreements with said institutions." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar ai1d Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution NO. 2016-14.
