Mrs. Mills; seconded by Mr. Mai7ie, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $14,255 to Lamphear Supply for a n7ulti-puiTose hydraulic sprayer. Council President Saponaro asked, any discussion? There was none. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized ? P'Yotion to authorize the P'Iayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga County Board of IIealth for stormwater outfall monitoring and testing and to approve expenditure in the amount of $4,102 for sampling and monitoring services foi- 2016. Mrs. Mills; seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize the Mayor to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for stonnwater outfall inonitoring and testing and to approve expenditure in the ainount of $4,102 for sainpling , and monitoring services for 2016. First ReadinQ of Ordinance No. 2016-15, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance ainending Codified Ordinance Chapter 155 relative to the Senior Center and Cominunity Room Building." Introduced Uy Mayor Bodnar and Council as a Whole. Ordinance No. 2016-15 was moved to Second Read. • Resolution No. 2016-14, entitled, "An Einergency Resolution designating certain ' financial institutions as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the five (5) year period coinmencing with January l, 2016, and authorizing depository agreements with said institutions." Introduced by Mayor Bodnar ai1d Council as a Whole. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution NO. 2016-14.
