NIINUTES OF THE ORGAlvIZATIONAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Monday, January 14, 2103 - 7:15 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in special session on Monday, January 14, <br />2013 at seven fifteen o'clock (7:15) p.m. at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Mayor Rinker <br />called the meeting to- order and asked for a roll call. <br />ROLL CALL: Mr. Buckholtz <br />. Mrs. Cinco <br />Mr. Marquardt <br />Mrs. Mills <br />Mr. Marrie <br />Dr. Parker <br />Mr. Delguyd <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Edelman, Mr. Metzung, Acting Chief Girbino, <br />Mr. Thomas, Mr. Dinardo, Mr. Esborn, Ms. Wolgamuth <br />and Mrs. Betsa <br />ABSENT: Mr. Marrelli <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />• Election of President of Council <br />Mayor Rinker opened up the floor for nominations for Council President for 2013. <br />Dr. Parker nominated Bill Buckholtz for Council President. Mr. Delguyd seconded the <br />nomination. <br />Mayor Rinker asked if there were any other nominations. There were none. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion to close the nominations. Dr. Parker seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Rinker closed the nominations upon motion. <br />Mayor Rinker asked for a roll call on the motion to elect Bill Buckholtz as Council <br />President. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All . Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None 2013 Council <br />President Elected <br />Mayor Rinker administered the Oath of Office to Bill Buckholtz as Council President for <br />2013.
