Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, Apri115, 2013 <br />Page 13 <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Memorandum of Understanding <br />Authorized; Expenditure Approved <br />. Motion to authorize the Village Engineer to prepare plans and specifications and to <br />go out to bid for the sidewalk on Highland Road. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to authorize the Village Engineer to prepaze <br />plans and specifications and to go out to bid for the sidewalk on Highland Road. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Bidding Approved <br />. Motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for March 2013 and to approve <br />of same as submitted. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports <br />for March 2013 and to approve of same as submitted. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any highlights? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, just one comment as far as tax collections go. We were $159,000 ahead of <br />last year through the end of March. Collections for this month are $90,000 ahead of Iast year's, <br />so we are about a quarter of a million dollars ahead of last year's collections. Things are looking <br />nicely right now. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any other,comments? There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Receipt of Financial Reports <br />, for March 2013 <br />Acknowledged and Approved <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-08, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Codified Ordinance Section 1185.14(e) relating to temporary signs permitted <br />in any District." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2013=08 will stay on F'vrst Read.
