NiINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />Tuesday, January 17, 2012 - 8:00 p.m. <br />The Council of Mayfield VilTage met in regular session on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at <br />8:00 p.m. at Mayfield Village Civic Hall. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to <br />order. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Marrie, Dr. Parker and Mr. Delguyd <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Wynne, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Edelman, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, <br />Chief Mohr, Mr. Thomas, Mr. Esborn, <br />Mr. Dinardo, Mrs. Wolgamuth and Mrs. Betsa <br />Absent: None <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />OPEN.PORTION <br />5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state their name and address. <br />Jeff Eadie <br />7920 Sugarbush Lane <br />Gates Mills <br />My office is 865 SOM Center, Mayfield Village. <br />I am here to talk about Codi.fied Ordinance 1386. I have a lot of difficulty with tlus ordinance with <br />the construction of my building and as I went back through and reviewed things afterwards I felt tha.t <br />one day I would come back and revisit this and that da.y has come. <br />I think that the Village is being unproperly served by this legi.slation. I think you are hampering <br />businesses from developing. I think that its ill thought out. I think that Council, the Mayor and the <br />Law Director did not do their due diligence when this was developed. I find it incomprehensible tha.t
