Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, January 17, 2012 Page 10 <br />LEGAL DEPARTMENT - Joe Diemert <br />Tliere was no report. <br />FIRE - Chief Mohr <br />Chief Mohr reported that he retracted the hydrant fee from the Cleveland Water Department <br />because we do not have it yet. It was discussed at Caucus. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />Mr. Wynne reported that the Healthcaze Task Force held their first meeting with our insurance <br />consuitants to start the reriewal process. All of the employees filled out their agplications. We <br />are currently out on the market to get quotes. We should have them back by this time next <br />month. POLICE - Cluef Edelman <br /> <br />Chief Edelman reported that we worked out the contractual issues with Code Red. I have a <br />teleconference tomorrow morning with the company. We will be putting it in place very soon. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Eill Thomas <br />. Nir: Thomas reported we took a group of.skiers up on a chartered bus yesterday to Holimont Ski <br />Resort. It was good conditions. If we had gone today, it would have been miserable. The staff <br />continues to finalize the 2012 Spring/Summer brochure that -will be mailed the first week of <br />Mazch. ARCffiTECT - Ron Dinardo <br /> <br />Mr. Dinardo brought everyone up to speed on what is happening with the police station solar <br />panels. I got a phone call today from Dovetail Solaz. It looks like they are getting everything <br />together for the install that will occur in the next 60 days. Stay tuned. PLANNING DEPARTMENT - Ted Esborn <br /> <br />There was nothing to report. <br />ADMINISTRATIQN - Diane Wolgamuth <br />Mrs. Wolgamuth reported that the copy machines are in and operating. Everyone seems very <br />happy with them. The VOV is being finished right now: It should go to print and be mailed by <br />the end of next week.
