There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Ms. Calta stated, thank you for passing this. <br />Resolution No. 2012-04, entitled, "An emergency resolution providing for the <br />employment of an engineer for Mayfield Village, Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2012-04. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
