Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, February 21, 2012 <br />Page 9 <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli sta#ed .that there was no meeting. There is no <br />report. <br />Board of Anneals - Mr. Marrelli stated that there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Mills stated there is no report. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mr. Mazrie reported that our next meeting will be on February 27th. <br />Safetv and Service - Mr. Marrie reported that Safety and Service met. Everything on Finance <br />and coming up tonight is all on the agenda. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Marrie reported that the Finance Committee met this evening and <br />also on the 13 . We have 15 items, four Ordinances and three Resolutions that we have covered. <br />They aze a11 on the agenda tonight. We can ask for comments on a few of them from Department <br />Heads. <br />Historical Societ_y - Mrs. Mills reported that the Historical Society had 66 Mayfield Center <br />School students come for their 3id Grade tour which went very well. The other schools will be <br />some time in May which will be Gates Mills and Lander. We are painting the windows on the <br />inside, the window fiames. They needed to be painted. Also, we are starting to work on our <br />Quilt Show which will be in October. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Delguyd reported that there is an event on March 3`d at <br />10:00 a.m., a breakfast. The speaker is Ed Fitzgerald. Mr. Marrie and Mrs. Mills will be in <br />attendance. I am tentatively attending. All Council members are welcome to attend. <br />M.A.R.C. - Dr. Pazker reported, we have had two meetings, both were held on February 9t'. The <br />first meeting was the Annual Meeti.ng of Members. We reviewed the roster of inembers for 2012. <br />That meeting was over shortly. The Regular Meeting was called to order. The slate of officers <br />was elected. The minutes will be distributed. On January 31 " , the balance in the treasury was <br />$26,378. Some of the activities to note were that we have a third place National wi.nner in the <br />Punt, Pass and Kick contest, her name is Katherine Rock from Highland Heights. The Nationals <br />she attended were in Baltimore in January. Some other items, there aze two cheerleading <br />programs that have started for grades 3-7. The floor hockey program is going well. That was <br />pretty much it. There was some old business reviewed. The next meeting will be Mazch 8th at <br />7:00 p.m. It is the second Thursday of the month. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt stated, there was no meeting. There is no <br />report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported, Planning and Zoning met on February 6t'. <br />There were three items on the agenda, the Library project, final site plan and approval and a fmal <br />site plan approval and special use permit, the Wildcat Park project, and the East Commons office <br />complex. All were approved. The Library was recommended for the final site plan and special
