Minutes of the Special Meeting of Council Monday, May 7, 2012 Page 5 Mrs. Cinco stated to Ms. Setlock, I e-mailed you today. There's a meeting coming up. It's scheduled for the 21St at 5:30. Ms. Seflock stated, okay. I just figured that since there was a Council meeting, I would come up here and bring it up. Mayor Rinker replied, that's good. Ms. Setlock added, I love our backyard. I love our neighborhood. I want my kids to have joy in it. They can't right now. Do you want to see the pictures? Mayor Rinker replied, certainly hand those in. Council President Buckholtz stated, I am sure there is an unmediate clean up that we can do and then a long term solution. Mayor Rinker confirmed, you are also on the agenda for Drainage and Infrastructure. Council President Buckholtz asked, do we have anyone else who would like to speak? There were no further comments. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,000 to Chagrin Valley Nursery for the purchase of trees for Spring planting. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,000 to Chagrin Valley Nursery for the purchase of trees for Spring planting. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. There were none. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to approve change of vendor name from Kirby Company to Dawnchem for expenditure authorizing purchase of recycle cans (expenditure in the amount of $5,500 approved by Council on 3/16/12).
