Those who wish to <br />speak must first state their name and address. (The pubGc is requested <br />to limit their discussion to agenda items only.) <br />• Motion to go out to bid for the 2012 Street Striping Program. <br />• Motion to go into Executive Session relative to collective bargaining and <br />imminent litigation. <br />• Formal Council Hearing: <br />- Appeal filed by Charles Kinnaird from the decision of the Zoning Board <br />of Appeals (BZA Case No. 2012-01). <br />. PRESENTATION OF TESTIMONY - <br />(Testimony is limited to 15 minutes from each party) <br />Appellant Charles Kiruiaird has the right to reserve a portion of his <br />15 minutes for a fmal rebuttal if he so chooses. <br />Bruce G.
