Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, September 17, 2012 <br />Page 10 <br />Chief Edelman replied, no the total. To reiterate, the funding for the program will be coming <br />through the Law Enforcement Trust Fund and not the General Fund. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Agreement Authorized <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,657.05 to Hall Public Safety for <br />K-9 insert for Crown Vic Police Car and K-9 equipment. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$5,657.05 to Hall Public Safety for K-9 insert for Crown Vic Police Car and K-9 equipment. <br />Council President Pro Tem Marrie asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $1,500 to Sal Chemical <br />for sodium hypo chlorite and muriatic acid for Parkview Pool (change order - <br />$6,710.00 approved March 19, 2012)e <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to <br />exceed $1,500 to Sal Chemical for sodium hypo chlorite and muriatic acid for Parkview Pool <br />(change order -$6,710.00 approved March 19, 2012). <br />Council President Pro Tem Marrie stated, the expenditure will actually be 109.98. This was a <br />change order. The original went through in March for $6,710. This was the extra we used. <br />Roll Ca11: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to extend the TIF for Progressive for property tax year 2012. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to extend the TIF for Progressive for <br />property tax year 2012. <br />Council President Pro Tem Marrie asked if there was any discussion or questions. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Ron to explain all of the TIF items. <br />Mr. Wynne replied, annually we have a meeting downtown with the County. It's called a TIRC, <br />Tax Incentive Review Committee. We go over all of our TIFS to make sure they are all in <br />compliance. We had that meeting with the County. All Agreements were approved for extension <br />for an additional year by the County. They are all in compliance. As a formality, we also approve
