Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $7,003.26 to B&C Communications in payment of new radios for the Service Department per FCC regulations. Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions or further discussion. There was none. Roll Ca11: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $24,900 to King Egcavating for work at Wilson Mills and SOM in front of Community Room (straw vote approved -10/24/12). Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $24,900 to King Excavating for work at Wilson Mills and SOM in front of Community Room (straw vote approved -10/24/12). Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. Mr. Metzung reported, they added the mounding you see out in front. They have completed their work. They top soiled and seeded. We will wait for Spring and grass to grow. Council President Buckholtz read a lot of discussion on that in the previous Caucus. The ground should be settling. We will see how it looks in Spring. Mr. Metzung reported, there was some discussion about the area in front of the gazebo and whether or not the mounding may cause some inconvenience. Some of it I think is just more disturbances of what you see from the fresh dirt. I would recommend that we wait and allow it to grow in, allow us to mow it a couple times and see how that sits and feels. I think you will see that it's probably a lot flatter than you think.
