Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2012-28. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any questions. <br />Mrs. Mills stated, this ordinance and 2012-29 should be passed in order. that they are put <br />in our codified ordinances. If we wait until third read in January, it would not be in the <br />codified ordinances until December 2013. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, is there anything substantive that we need to know <br />about this ordinance? <br />Mr. Diemert replied, no. Just cleaning up the codified ordinances. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any other questions? Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Delguyd, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2012-29. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion.
