Motion to authorize egpenditure in the amount of $38,175 to Community Partnership on Aging for renewal of programs and services to Mayfield Village Senior Residents for 2013. . Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $7,000 to City of Bedford Heights for prisoner housing for the remainder of 2012. . Motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $11,340 to TAC Management for monthly TAC fees for CAD and Olen for 2013. . Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $7994.14 to City of Cleveland Division of Water for annual hydrant fee for 2013. . Motion to authorize egpenditure in an amount not to exceed $20,000 to All- American Fire Equipment, Inc. for two thermal imaging cameras. . Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to ezceed $10,000 to Jack Doheny Supply for trackless snow blower attachment for sidewalk snowplow. . Motion to authorize expenditure in an amount not to exceed $3,000 to C.A. Agresta for additional work on Highland Road sidewalk. . Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of Five Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($5,799) to Creative Microsystems for 2013 annual software support for database, payroll and finance. . Motion to amend the Mayfield Village Deferred Compensation Plan (Governmental 457(b) Plan) to reflect statutory changes pursuant to the Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Act of 2008 ("HEART Act"). . Motion to acknowledge receipt of fiinancial reports for November 2012 and to approve of same as submitted.
