Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, December 17, 2012 <br />Page 3 <br />FIRE - Mr. Carcionollo <br />There was no report. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />There was no report. <br />POLICE - Chief Edelman <br />There was no report. <br />PARKS & RECREATION - Bill Thomas <br />Mr. Thomas reported on the Senior Services. We had a Holiday Party for our Village seniors. <br />That was held last Saturday. Approximately 60 attended. They enjoyed lunch, entertainment and <br />received door prizes. A special thank you to our Commission on Aging members. Thirty-four <br />seniors took a trip on December 5th to J.E. Reeves Victorian Home and Carriage House. <br />Everyone had a great time. A reminder to Village residents that December 31S` is the deadline <br />for us to receive your snow removal application and a copy of your snow removal contract if you <br />wish to opt out. The contract must be mazked "Paid in Full" and signed by your contractor. <br />The other thing I wanted to mention is that the fieldhouse at the pool will be open during the <br />holidays when the school is closed. It will be open from 1:00-5:00 and 5:00-9:00 on Wednesday <br />December 26h , 27t' and 28h. We are closed on December 31St and January l'` and will reopen <br />on January 2nd, 3d and 4h and that will be again from 1:00-5:00 and 5:00-9:00.in the evening. I <br />wanted to let everyone know this in case they want to come up and work out. <br />ARCHITECT - Ron Dinardo <br />There was no report. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT - Ted Esborn <br />There was no report. <br />ADMINISTRATION - Diane WolEamuth <br />There was no report. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported that the Activities Committee had their annual Tree <br />Lighting at the gazebo which was very well attended. Also, our Menorah Lighting was very well <br />attended. We probably had about 45 people there. The Singing Angels' performance was this
