There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Injury Leave Allowed <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-16 "An emergency ordinance adopting a tax <br />budget for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the tax year 2015." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ru1es Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2014-16. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any further discussion? There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried . <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-17, "An ordinance providing for the issuance and <br />sale of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $4,270,000 for the purpose of <br />refunding at a lower interest cost certain of the Village's outstanding various purpose <br />improvement and refunding bonds, Series 2006, da.ted October 31, 2006, and declaring an <br />emergency."
