Those who wish to speak must <br />first state their name and address. (The public is requested to limit their <br />discussion to agenda items only). <br />• Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $80,000 to Wicfiert <br />Insurance for 2014-2015 property and casualLy insurance renewal. <br />• Motion to allow injury leave compensation for up to 60 days to Service <br />Department seasonal employee who sustained an on-duty injury on June 19, <br />2014. Payment to commence on June 20, 2014 at 66.667% of his base hourly <br />rate. <br />• First Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-16, "An emergency ordinance adopting a <br />tax budget for Mayfield Village, Ohio for the tax year 2015." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />• First Readin$ of Ordinance No. 2014-17, "An ordinance providing for the <br />issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $4,270,000 for <br />the purpose of refunding at a lower interest cost certain of the Village's <br />outstanding various purpose improvement and refunding bonds, Series 2006, <br />dated October 31, 2006, and declaring an emergency."
