Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, July 21, 2014 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br />• Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-14, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Section 1321.01 of the Village's Codified Ordinances adopting the 2013 <br />Edition of the Ohio Residential Building Code as promulgated by the Ohio Board of <br />Building Standards." Introduced by Mayor Riuker and Council as a Whole (First Reading <br />- June 16, 2014) <br />Ordinance No. 2014-14 remained on Second Read. <br />• Resolution No. 2014-18, entitled, "An Emergency Resolution authorizing and directing <br />the Mayor to enter into an amendment to the Urban County Cooperation Agreement <br />between the Village of Mayfield and Cuyahoga County." Iniroduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. (Deferred June 16, 2014) - <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 2014-18. <br />Council President Pro Tem Marrie asked, any questions. There were none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Resolution Adopted <br />NEW BUSINES$,. : <br />Motion to authorize egpenditure in the amount of $7,200 to Law Enforcement <br />Automated Data System for LEADS access fee with a dynamic multipoint virtual <br />private network connection. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$7,200 to Law Enforcement Automated Data System for LEADS access fee with a dynamic <br />multipoint virtual private network connection. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $9,312 to Sutphen for hydraulic <br />unit for fire truck. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$9,312 to Sutphen for hydraulic unit for fire truck. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized
