Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, February 18, 2014 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-04, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing an agreement with MetLife as and for an employee AD&D and Life <br />Insurance Program." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2014-04 was left on First Read. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2014-05, entitled, "An ordinance appropriating funds <br />for current expenses. and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period from <br />January 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014 and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br /> <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 2014-05 was left on First Read. <br />Mr. Delguyd stated, a Special Finance Committee meeting has been scheduled for Monday, <br />February 24t` at 6:00 p.m. to discuss this. It hasto be passed by Mazch 31S` <br />Mr. Wynne added, we will have a Special Meeting on Mazch 3`d after Caucus for Second Read. <br />The final read will be on the 17d' of Mazch. <br />Motion to go into Ezecutive Session relative to personnel matters regarding <br />collective bargaining. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to go into Executive Session relative to <br />personnel matters regaxding collective bargaining. . <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Council President Buckholtz thanked everyone for coming. You aze welcome to stay. We won't <br />be voting on anything when we come out. If you would like to stick around, that's fine. If you <br />need to leave, that's okay too. <br />Council left for Executive Session at 8:45 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:15 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to adjourn.
