Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, February 18, 2014 <br />Page 8 ' <br />Mr. Delguyd replied, yes. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, it will be advertised? <br />Mr. Delguyd replied, yes. It is before Citizen's Advisory which is at 7:00. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, so they will be invited? <br />Mr. Delguyd replied, they are more than welcome to come. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs. Mills stated, Mr. Muhle gave my report. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Jerome stated, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt stated, there was no meeting. There is no <br />report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Marquardt reported, Planning and Zoning met on Monday, <br />Febru?ary `3 and voted on a lot split and consolidation that is on this evening's Council agenda. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Marrie reported, we met on the 12th. The meeting was held at the new <br />Wildcat Sport and Fitness Center which we toured. We also discussed the Easter Party for the <br />children on the 12t' of April. Volunteers are always welcome. Debbie Hudacko Scholarship <br />interview night will be Wednesday, April 30'h. Three Rec Board members will interview the <br />students. ? <br />Commission on Agin? - Mrs. Mills reported, Mr. Thomas also sent me the Senior Services <br />report. The next Lunch N Movie is March 12th . The movie is Blue Jasmine. Reservations are <br />due by March 5"'. The menu is potato basil fritta.ta with spring salad and dessert. AARP <br />volunteers will be doing taxes on March 17'h at 12:00, 1:00, 2:00 and 3:00. Appointments must <br />be made by calling the Commission on Aging office. The next foot clinic is March 14th. They <br />are taking reservations for the next trip which is to Lakeview Cemetery on April 16t'. The <br />Commission on Aging met on the 21St. The next meeting is March 18th at 11:00 in the Senior <br />Services office. <br />SPECIAL COMNIITTEE REPORTS: <br />Information & Technologv - There was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported the Commission will meet on March 5th in this <br />room. We had to cancel the Februaxy meeting because of snow. <br />Communitv Economic Develonment - Mr: Delguyd reported, we met last week. We talked <br />about one potential applicant for economic incentives. We also tightened some of the <br />requirements going forward. Mr. Delguyd asked Mr. Esborn, do you have anything additional?
