Roll Ca11: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for March 2014 and to approve of same as submitted. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for February 2014 and to approve of same as submitted. Council President Buckholtz asked, any questions or comments? Mr. Wynne reported, income tax collections so far year to date are about $51,000 behind last years, but last year was so extraordinary, I think that's actually very good. The year's tracking nicely for us. I also wanted to mention that the Town Ha11 meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 21St at 7:00 p.m. There will be mailers going out to residents and will also be noted in the Voice of the Village which will be going out later this week. Mr. Delguyd stated, the $51,000 behind last year still reflects an increase if you were to compare it with 2012, right? Mr. Wynne replied, yes, I think it is $100,000 over 2012's numbers. ? March 2014 Acknowledged ? and Approved • First Readins of Ordinance No. 2014-12, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance to approve current replacement pages to the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Ms. Calta reported, these are the replacement pages that have been provided to the Village. Everything's been updated. I would ask Council to consider passage tonight. Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
