<br /> <br /> <br />Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, August 19, 2013 <br />Page 5 <br />ADDIINISTRATION - Diane Wolgamuth <br />Ms. Wolgamuth reported, I have the results of the long-awaited Community Room survey. I will <br />put the detailed results in your packets Friday. We mailed 1,386 surveys. We received 311 <br />responses which is 22%. I thought that was pretly good. 177 or 57% responded that the facility <br />needs to be upgraded. 150 or 48% like the current size of the building and 142 or 46% would <br />like to see improvements to the existing building including exterior fagade and landscaping. That <br />is really the basic results. I will get you the deta.ils. A lot of people suggested amenities and <br />comments. I will give you a11 of those. I will scan in a11 the surveys and post it on our website. <br />Thank you. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported, the next meeting is September 17'' at 6:45 here. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported, the Architectural Review Board will be <br />meeting this Thursday at 7:30. <br />Board of Apueals - Mr. Marrelli reported, Board of Appeals will be meeting tomorrow at 7:30. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Mills wanted to thank Tom and Carol Marrie for taking a11 of the flags off the <br />Cemetery. What I do is I take a11 the flags off their mounted poles and give them to the Mayfield <br />Women's Club who in turn give them to the Boy Scouts for proper disposal on Decoration Day. <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mr. Marrie reported, there was no meeting, but at the Appreciation <br />Diner, the Citizen's Advisory Board presented the Mayor with a plaque in celebration of his 20 <br />years as Mayor for Mayfield Village. Brenda. Bodnar, the Cha.ir, made the presentation. She did <br />a wonderful j ob. It was very nicely done. <br />Council President Buckholtz added, Mr. Marrie also received an Outstanding Citizen award <br />during the Appreciation Dinner. Congratulations to both of you. <br />Safetv and Service - Mrs. Cinco reported, there was no meeting. There is no report. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Delguyd reported, we had a meeting today. All of the items are on <br />the agenda. <br />Historical Society - Mrs. Mills stated, the Historical Society is taking a vacation during the <br />month of August, but we are not really on vacation because we are preparing for the Ice Cream <br />Social on Wednesday, September 11 t' at 6:30. at the Historical House.
