At that time <br />it came up as to whether or not there was a regulation on the books for the number of dogs. <br />There wasn't. This will put it in to place. <br />Mr. Delguyd asked, tlus will bring us up to the State? <br />Ms. Calta replied, correct. The rest of it does that. That's why its prior acquisition not affected, <br />so whatever dogs you have now are grandfathered so to speak. I am not aware of any issues at <br />present that this is taxgeted towards. Anyone that would be breeding puppies, that is not <br />included. Any dogs under 6 months of age are not counted towards your allotment. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked about cats. <br />Ms. Calta replied, we did not address cats. <br />Mr. Marquardt added, we stayed away from that one. <br />Mrs. Mills stated, Kenwood has a covenant in their Deed of two dogs. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, will that supersede this? <br />Mayor Rinker replied, yes. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, do we want to pass this tonight? <br />Mr. Marquaxdt replied, it can stay on First Read. <br />This Ordinance was left on First Read. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-14, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Lease Agreement with John and Alyce <br />Enkler for the purpose of leasing the real estate located at 6500 Wilson Mills Road, <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2013-14. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion?
