There were none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Above 6 Transfers Relating <br />To Bond Retirement and TIF <br />Transfers Approved <br />Motion to authorize transfer from the: <br />Police Pension Fund to the General Fund to offset pension costs the <br />sum of Fifty One Thousand Dollars ($51,000). <br />Police Operating Fund to the General Fund to offset operating <br />ezpenses the sum of Sizty Thousand Dollars ($60,000). <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to approve the above 2 transfers. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, does anyone have any questions? <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Above 2 Transfers Approved <br />. Motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund <br />to cover the cost of future renovations the amount of Three Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($300,000). <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Mazrie, made a motion to authorize transfer from the General Fund <br />to the Community Room Fund to cover the cost of future renovations the amount of Three <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000). <br />Council President Buckholtz asked, discussion? <br />Mr. Delguyd asked, does this leave $300,000 in the account or $600,000? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, this is $300,000 in the account. The plans are for the 2014 budget to include <br />another transfer of $300,000, so we will have $600,000 in the account to be available depending <br />upon whatever the fmal resolve is on what to do with the Community Room. <br />Mr. Delguyd asked, should we make the second one an advance just in case? If we choose not to <br />rebuild, if we just choose to remodel, is it going to be $600,000 worth of work? <br />Mr. Wynne replied, depending on timing of what happens, if the transfer doesn't happen until the <br />end of the year, we can always budget $300,000 and then adjust it in December.
