Records Commission - Mrs. Mills reported, one of the divisions from Cuyahoga County spoke to us about microfilming our records. It was very interesting. It seems like Mayfield Village is always ahead of the game. A lot of the other communities had no knowledge that this was even going on. Thanks to Mary Beth for her efficiency in those things. Communitv and Economic Develonment Committee - Mr. Delguyd sta.ted, there was no meeting. Ted covered everything. OLD BI7SINES5 ? „' Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-15, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance adopting new Codified Ordinance Section 1353.075 relating to trimming and preservation of trees; removal of dangerous trees." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - November 18, 2013) Ordinance No. 2013-15 was left on Second Read. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2013-16, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Codified Ordinance. Section 351.03 relating to prohibited standing or parking places and Section 1501.04 enforcement relating to the issuing of citations for violations in fire lanes." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - November 18, 2013) Ordinance No. 2013-16 was left on Second Read. Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $8,030.00 to Mayfield City Schools for facility rental. Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure iri the amount of $8,030.00 to Mayfield City Schools for facility rental. Council President Buckholtz asked, any discussion? Mr. Thomas reported, this is the rental fee that we are now paying Wildcats Sport Fitness to go back to that enterprise to help us with purchases of equipment or other items.
