Discussion of a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $10,000 to the Auditor of State for the audit of the Village's 2002 Financial Statement. 2. Discussion of a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount not to exceed $6,267 to Gates McDonald to maintain the OML group rating. 3. Discussion of a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of. $3,097.00 to Sanderson CMI t replace Finance Clerks computer for financial accounting system. Has not been upgraded since 1998 and crashed this past week. 4. Discussion of a motion to authorize an expenditure in the amount of $8,236.00 to Sanderson CMI to replace Finance Department's main server for financial accounting system. Has not been upgraded since 1998 and crashed this past week and the Village is currently using a loaner. 5.
