Discussion of a motion to authorize an additional expenditure in the amount not to exceed $5,000 to C.A. <br />Agresta Company for the 2003 road program to be able to complete the rest of the Aintree area. The original plan <br />had work on Aintree Park, Hunt Circle, Chase, Derby and Northboro. This change order will allow us to complete <br />Foxboro, Beechers Brook and Raleigh. Discussion of the Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2003-32, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and <br />directing that a portion of the funds collected from area businesses in the days after the horrific events of September <br />1 1, 2001 be allocated to construct a place of peace and tranquility in coordination with the current development of <br />scenic nature zones within the Village."
