Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, March 16, 2015 <br />Page 3 <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER <br />Mayor Rinker had no comments at this time. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT BUCKHOLTZ <br />There were no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAI) REPORTS: <br />SERVICE - Scott Sipos <br />There was no report. <br />BUILDING - John 1Vlarrelli <br />There was no report. <br />ENGINEERING - Tom Cappello <br />There Was no report. <br />I,EGAL DEPARTMENT - Mr. Diemert <br />Mr. Diemert introduced Mark Guidetti who was in the front row of the audience. Mark's been <br />with our office for 8 or so plus years. He has been doing municipal work for us as Assistant Law <br />Director in Macedonia where it was a wrestling match every other Thursday. I wanted him to <br />see what a civilized community does. Mark will be assisting us in Mayfield. He is already going <br />to the department head meetings and handling the day to day calls with me. He has already hit <br />the ground running. <br />FIRE - Chief Eugene Carcioppolo <br />There was nothing to report. <br />FINANCE - Ron Wvnne <br />Mr. Wynne reported, the fieldwork for the annual audit has been completed. They are finalizing <br />the report to send down to the State for the final sign off. We should have the results of that back <br />within the next 4-6 weeks. <br />POLICE - Chief Richard Edelman <br />Chief Edelman stated, we have 1 item on the agenda. I will save my comments for that.
