It sounds like a inenial thing;
however, I tliiulc it is important to our community to make sure we are doing things properly here ui the
Village. At this point, we don't know when leaves are being picked up. We are asked to keep it on our
tree lawn. Grass dies every year. I replant it. We don't have any fall pick-up. In our neighborhood,
they are a11 oak trees. Leaves don't fa11 until January.
Mr. Jerome clarified, spring pick-up.
Mr. Kane stated, spring pick-up, thanks. When spring comes around, we need at least one pick up. If
those of you out there wanted to have your trash picked up and you didn't know which day, would you
get a little aggravated? I am just asking that the Village think about saying for one neighborhood every
Monday or every other Monday and if we could at least know. If we are having Service come, we
could have it done by Sunday. Right now we can't do that. We don't lrnow the tuning so it makes it
difficult for us. What my concern is is that the less and less the Village organizes this the more
residents are going to try to do it on their own and the Village is going to say, well you don't need these
services, tliey are not being used, so we will just eliminate it. That's not the service I would like to see
eliminated from the Village. Any questions?
