Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, June 15, 2015 <br />Page 7 <br />Mr. Thomas stated, we hope you say yes. On the 27th of June we have our Fourth of July <br />Celebration. Mayfield Heights has moved their Unity Days which has always been in late <br />August. They are now inoving it to June 27th when we shoot off our fireworks. You will have to <br />get in the iniddle of Mayfield Heights and Mayfield Village in order to see both of thein. <br />With regard to the Senior Report, Mr. Thomas stated, Phipps Conservatory and Garden trip <br />which is this Wednesday, June 17th along with Nautica Queen on July 15' are all sold out. <br />Congratulations seniors. <br />Mrs. Mills stated, we have our first event at the Grove on the 27`h also. <br />ARCHITECT - Ron DiNardo <br />There was no report. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT - Ted Esborn <br />Mr. Esborn reported, it shouldn't be confusing to anybody, but just in case it is, 6660 Beta Drive, <br />the old Euclid Industries building, the largest commercial building on Beta Drive has changed its <br />address to 6655. They made the change in the last couple weeks with the post office. If you see <br />that new address, don't be confused. <br />ADMINISTRATION - Diane Wolgamuth <br />There was no report. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Mills reported, first I would like to thank Mary and Merv Singer <br />for all of their work on the Memorial Day presentation at Whitehaven Cemetery. Doug was able <br />to get the hanging baskets up. They are looking very good Doug. Thank you very much. <br />Mr. Saponaro asked, who did those this year? <br />Mrs. Mills replied, Urban Growers. They were planted at no cost to the Village because of the <br />condition of last year's. That was very gracious of them to do that. We will see how they do this <br />yeax. <br />Mrs. Mills continued, our next meeting will be on July 7t'. Don't forget Fireworks will be about <br />10:00 on the 27h. <br />Mr. Thomas wanted to thank all of our volunteers who help out for Cruise Night. I also wanted <br />to commend my two staff inembers, Danielle Echt and Sean Supler, for coordinating a great <br />event. Thank you.
