There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />TIF Extended for <br />Property Tax Year 2015 <br />Motion t® acknowledge receipt of financial reports for August, 2015 and to <br />approve of same as submitted. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mr. Jerome, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial <br />report for July 2015 and to approve of same as submitted. <br />Council President Marrie asked, any discussion? <br />Mr. Wynne stated, I just wanted to highlight one item. During the month of August, we made a <br />payment of $1,100,000 against our General Obligation Notes to pay those off in full which <br />brought our debt amount outstanding to $6,527,000 which is about $10,000,000 less than it was <br />6 years ago. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Financial Reports for <br />August 2015 Acknowledged <br />and Approved <br />• First Readung of ®rdinance No. 2015-23, entitled, "An Ordinance creating new Chapter <br />176 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio regarding municipal income <br />tax." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Ordinance No. 2015-23 was left on First Read. <br />Mr. Wynne stated, several years ago, Governor Kasich started an initiative to try and put <br />together a Tax Code in the State amongst municipalities that was more business-friendly by <br />unifying the Tax Code. He even went so far as looking to having the State collect income tax <br />dollars from municipalities. They have since backed off of that but they have gone through over <br />the past several years and simplified the Tax Code and made it similar so that every <br />
