Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Recommendation Approved Motion to acknowledge receipt of financial reports for September, 2015 and to approve of same as submitted. 1 Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to acknowledge receipt of financial report for September 2015 and to approve of same as submitted. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Financial Reports for September 2015 Acknowledged and Approved First Reading of Ordinance No. 2015-24, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance amending Section 955.04 of the Codified Ordinances relative to the Committee members from Council on the Committee. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Ordinance No. 2015-24 was left on First Read. First Reading of Ordinance No. 2015-25, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor and President of Council to enter into an easement . agreement between Mayfield Village, Ohio, and the Mayfield City School District." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Council President Marne .asked, so we want to leave this on First Read? Ms. Wolgamuth replied, we need the change order tonight. Mr. Saponaro replied, we should vote on all three of those.
