Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, October 19, 2015 <br />Page 6 <br />Reporting on Senior Services, the next Lunch n' Movie is November 4th. A special program <br />regarding dementia will beheld this Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the Civic Center. Michelle Tarsitano- <br />Ainato of Kendal at Oberlin will be the speaker. A Lunch n' Learn on leading a brain healthy <br />lifestyle will be held next Friday at Noon at the Civic Center. The next trip is Wednesday to the <br />Westerli Reserve Historical Society. We have 194 snow removal applications for single <br />driveways and 20 for circular driveways to date. <br />ARCHITECT -Ron DiNardo <br />There was no report. <br />PLANNING DEPARTMENT -Ted Esborn <br />Mr. Esborn reported, I anticipate finding out this week whether two grant applications we filed <br />all the way back in February with ODNR's Recreational Trails program will be funded. That was <br />one for a trailhead just north of the Fire Station and one for a piece of equipment to maintain the <br />trail. Historically this is the week when ODNR releases their list of grantees. There is no <br />guarantee that it is going to be this week but I should be able to inform Council by November <br />Caucus whether we have received any funding. <br />ADMINISTRATION -Diane VVol~amuth <br />Ms. Wolgamuth reminded everyone that the next meeting on November 2t'a will be held in <br />Reserve Hall as this room will be used for Election Day. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />Activities Committee -Mrs. Mills reported, the next meeting is November 10th at 6:45 at the <br />Civic Center. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Marrelli reported, the Board met last Thursday and <br />approved the room addition for a resident. <br />Board of Appeals -Mr. Marrelli stated, there was no meeting. There was no report. <br />Cemetery -Mrs. Mills reported, the cemetery is very quiet. Roger Reinec has gone to Florida. <br />The cemetery has gone to sleep for the season. <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee - Mr. Williams reported, Citizen's Advisory met on October <br />12th at the Historical House. Our guest speaker was Mayor Bruce Rinker who provided a <br />historical recap of his time as Mayor and his vision of the future for the Village. It was a very <br />very well done presentation. Thank you Mr. Mayor. Our next meeting will be held on <br />November 9th at Governor's Village. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />
