Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to. authorize partial and final return of 2013 advance to the Green Corridor Construction Fund from the General Fund the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Three Dollars and Fifty-One Cents ($135,653.51).
