Minutes of the Organizational Meeting of Council <br />Monday, January 4, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />2010. <br />Mayor Rinker closed the nominations and asked for a Roll Call. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None 2010 Council <br />President Elected <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Bill Buckholtz as Council President for <br />Mayor Rinker relayed his congratulations and turned the gavel over to Council President <br />Bill Buckholtz. <br />Council President Buckholtz thanked everyone. It's good to be back. <br />• Election of Council President Pro Tem <br />Council President Bill Buckholtz opened the floor for nominations for Council President <br />Pro Tem. <br />Mrs. Mills made a motion to nominate Tom Marrie to serve as Council President Pro <br />Tem for 2010. Mrs. Cinco seconded the motion. <br />Council President Bill Buckholtz asked if there were any further nominations. There <br />were none. Nominations were closed. Council President Buckholtz asked for a Roll Call. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None 2010 Council <br />President Pro Tem Elected <br />Mayor Rinker administered the oath of office to Council President Pro Tem Tom Marrie. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. <br /> <br /> <br />Council President Bill Buckholtz asked if there were any comments. There were none.
