Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br /> <br />Mr. Saponaro asked if we are going to suspend this, or are we leaving it on first read? <br />Mrs. Mills stated we were going to decide. Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Marrelli what he thinks. <br />Mr. Marrelli stated he would like to see it passed.
