Those who wish to speak must first state <br />their name and address. <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 2009-69, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />requesting the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to place upon the Mayfield Village <br />Ballot at the primary election of May 4, 2010, an amendment to Section 175.0501 of the <br />Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village in order to increase the income tax ra.te to two <br />percent (2%): " Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - <br />December 21, 2009; January 19, 2010) <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-02, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />amending Section 175.1302(a) of the Village's Codified Ordinances pertaining to <br />municipal income tax and collection at the source." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading - January 19, 2010) <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />. Mation to authorize expenditure in the amount of $7,311.48 to Division of Water for <br />annual hydrant fee. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $5,000.00 to City of Mayfield <br />Heights for annual fee - 2010 Hillcrest Tech Rescue Team. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $10,422.68 to Professional <br />Business Systems for Kardez filing system for new police facility (purchased under <br />State contract). <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $21,134.00 to Statewide Ford for <br />Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor (purchased under State contract). <br />. Motion to acknowledge receipt of the financial reports for January, 2010 and to <br />approve of same as submitted. <br />. Motion to accept bid for a dispatch communication system for the new police facility <br />from B&C Communications in the amount of $96,510.00. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $110,900.98 to Bureau of <br />Workers' Compensation for yearly assessments.
