Regular Council Meeting Minutes 3-15-10 Page 12 this week. Mr. Metzung called and asked what happened since the expenditure was not what they agreed to. The representative explained why it amount was higher. The representative had to install all new wire. Mayor Rinker asked, the increase is justified? Mr. Metzung replied, yes. Mr. Saponaro asked, this is the pump that was brought over from a different location? Mr. Metzung replied, this is the replacement of the original pump. We took them out of the ground in 1999. We have had it a while. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYES: None Expenditure Approved Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,360.00 to Turfgrass for fertilizer for sports fields. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,360.00 to Turfgrass for fertilizer for sports fields. Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $6,160.00 to TruGreen for fertilizing services for Village. Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $6,160.00 to TruGreen for fertilizing services for Village. Council President Buckholtz asked for a description of what this involves. Mr. Metzung replied, this is all non-sports field related lawn care. These are the same prices as in the previous two years.
