Regular Councii Meeting Minutes <br />4-19-10 <br />Page ] 0 <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $2,569.10 to City of Bedford <br />Heights for prisoner housing during the month of March, 2010. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />*$2,569.10 to City of Bedford Heights for prisoner housing during the month of March, 2010. <br />Mr. Saponaro stated that there was an expenditure added into tha.t bill for medication for one of <br />the prisoners. We are having that checked out because it was quite costly and because the <br />supply was far beyond the length of sta.y for that prisoner. We are having this looked into and <br />seeing if there is a reimbttrsement for the Village. <br />RoII Call: AYES: All <br />NAYES: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />Motion to authorize ezpenditure in the amount of $15,723.00 to OneCommunity in <br />payment of fibcr connections for Village property. <br />Mr. Saponazo, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$15,723.00 to OneCommunity in payment of fiber connections for Village property. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Cazried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First ReadinLF of Ordinance No 2010-14, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing an agreement with Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, as and for <br />an employee Iife and AD&D insurance program." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mzs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Marrie, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-14. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. <br /> <br /> <br />
