? <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />4-19-10 <br />Page 7 <br />Council President Buckholtz added, because he takes it for granted because he's down there, but <br />there's transition teams, like 60, it sounded ridiculous at frst, but there's about 60-some teams <br />working. He is on the shazed services team, someone else is on applications and hazdwaze. It's <br />amazing how many submeetings and different meetings there are where the name Mayfield <br />Village comes up as one of the communities, in terms of the VOIP phones and CISCO and <br />whoever's meeting. They aze not grabbing at straws, but aze trying to say every little thing that <br />we get going, we can parlay into more communities jumping on boazd. It's happening in more <br />azeas than we lcnow about. <br />Information & Technologv - There was nothing to report. <br />Records Commission - Nlrs. Mills reported that our next meeting is May 12d`. We will be <br />having a speaker coming from Shredding Network to talk to us about off-site storage. This is the <br />same company that will be doing our shredding on Shred Day June 5d' from 9:00-12:00. <br />:OLD -$USINESS . <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair.
