Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />5-17-10 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />Mayor Rinker stated, just so he understands, what you can do then if it's tabled tonight, then the <br />next motion whenever that would be would be to remove from table, which he assumes happens <br />after you have had further discussion at Caucus. <br />Council President Buckholtz called for a roll call vote to table. "Yes" means to table, "No" is <br />not to table. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYES: None <br />Motion Tabled <br />Mr. Saponaro asked that the language be corrected to note that the grant is a 319, not a Swift. <br />The Swift Grant is what we tried for initially. This is a 319. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2010-16, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance to <br />approve current replacement pages to the Mayfield Village Codified Ordinances." <br />Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br /> <br /> <br />Mrs. Mills asked if this should be on First Reading. Council President Buckholtz asked Joe <br />Diemert if we should. Mr. Marquardt stated, it's replacement pages. Joe Diemert replied, there is <br />no urgency on this. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated this is replacement pages. This isn't changing anything. We <br />have always passed this. Mr. Diemert replied, it's really just a boilerplate housekeeping item. <br />Council President Buckholtz stated, it's not changing the codified ordinances. Mr. Diemert <br />replied, it's putting what you have adopted in the past year into the code book. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-16. <br />Council President Buckholtz askedi if there was any further discussion.
