<br />Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />5-17-10 <br />Page 15 <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-19. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion. <br />Mr. Esborn replied this is their service agreement detailing the services that will be <br />provided to Quality Electrodynamics, LLC - how much they will pay for it on a monthly <br />basis. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was a dollar amount attached to it. Mr. Esborn <br />replied, no, not to be confused with the Memorandum of Understanding which details our <br />arrangement with OneCommunity for being the catalyst to this program. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />First Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2010-20, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance <br />authorizing and directing the Mayor to enter into a Subscriber Service Agreement with <br />Mayfran International." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. [Adopting 2007 Ohio Fire Code] <br />? <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if we want to leave this on first read. Mr. Diemert replied, <br />it's just bringing the Ohio Fire Code up to date. Mrs. Mills asked Mr. Marrelli if he needs it <br />passed. Mr. Diemert replied, it would' be preferable because the building season is here. Mr. Marrelli added, we don't want any of the citations to be ruled invalid because we don't have the <br />addition to the Code.
