Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ru1es Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2010-27- <br />Council President Buckholtz asked Mr. Wynne to provide an overview. <br />Mr. Wynne reported that back in November/December timenwas thathf t e finances were <br />process for 2010. A decision by everyone at that point i <br />ch, that we would pass the increases that employees were Unde s tandi g afor athe 5 <br />su two <br />July lst. We have done that with the Memorandums o group collective bargaining agreements.
