Regular Council Meeting Minutes <br />7-19-10 <br />Page 9 <br />? <br />Mayor Rinker stated if you are going to have a public hearing on these Ordinances, the logic is <br />convene the hearing and then vote the third read. <br />Ms. Calta stated, the deadline is September 3`a, so you are fine. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $6,383.16 to Carpet Guild for <br />carpeting replaeement in Civic Center Main Foyer. <br /> <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$6,383.16 to Carpet Guild for carpeting replacement in Civic Center Main Foyer. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Expenditure Authorized <br />Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $100,000 to Mayfield City School <br />District in payment of fmal installment of the annual allocation to the school. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of <br />$100,000 to Mayfield City School District in payment of final installment of the annual <br />allocation to the school. <br />Mr. Saponaro stated that we received a letter from the School District on June 30th that explained <br />the allocation of the funds for the 2008-2009 school year which were a number of Compaq <br />computers, classroom responders with memory, a battery back-up system. They did show what <br />we requested from them. Council President Buckholtz asked that we receive a final counting of <br />the final payment.
