r-- <br />L__J <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Monday, February 7, 2011- 8:00 p.m. <br />(Immediately Following Caucus) <br />Mayfield Village Civic Hall <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Meeting . following the regularly-scheduled <br />Caucus on Monday, February 7, 2011 at apgroximately 8:25 p.m. in the Mayfield Village Civic <br />Hall. Council President Buckholtz called the meeting to order. ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Marrie, Mr. Marquardt, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Saponaro and Dr. Parker <br />Absent: Mrs. Cinco <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Wynne, Ms. Calta, Mr. Cappello, <br />Chief Dearden, Mr. Marrelli, Mr. Metzung, Chief Mohr, <br />Mr. Thomas, Mr. Dinardo, Mrs. Kalina, <br />and Mrs. Betsa <br /> <br />The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. <br />Open Portion - 5-minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must first <br />sfate their name and address. (The public is requested to limit their diseussion to <br />agenda items only). <br /> <br />There were no comments. <br />. Motion to go into Ezecutive Session for personnel matters to discuss negotiations <br />concerning wages and benefits of public employees as well as real estate involving <br />amendment to the previous Development Agreement with Progressive Insurance. <br />i <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to go into Executive Session for the <br />purpose of personnel matters to discuss negotiations concerning wages and benefits of public <br />employees as well as real estate involving amendment to the previous Development Agreement <br />with Progressive_Insurance. Roll Ca11: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Adj ournment Authorized
