Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Tuesday, February 22, 2011 <br />Page 12 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss real estate matters concerning the <br />amendment of the Development Agreement with Progressive and to discuss pending <br />litigation. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss <br />real estate matters concerning the amendment of the Development Agreement with Progressive <br />and to discuss pending litigation. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Executive Session approved <br />Council President Buckholtz stated that Council is going to adjourn into Executive Session. We <br />do have a couple more items on the agenda. You are welcome to stay. If you leave we thank <br />you for being here. We will be back as soon as we are done. Thank you. <br />Council went into Executive Session at approximately 8:30 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at approximately 9:34 p.m. <br />Motion to accept the recommendation of Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />approve the lot consolidation and lot split for part of the Northwest Quadrant <br />of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Saponaro, made a motion to accept the recommendation of <br />Planning and Zoning Commission to approve the lot consolidation and lot split for part of <br />the Northwest Quadrant of Progressive Casualty Insurance Company. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any further discussion. There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Recommendation of Planning and <br />Zoning Commission Approved <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 2011-02, entitled, "An Emergency Ordinance authorizing <br />and directing the Mayor to enter into an amendment to the Development Agreement with <br />Progressive Casualty Insurance Company relative to the southernmost part of the <br />Northwest Quadrant." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Saponaro, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Rules Suspended
