It's actually Mayfield Village's share of the Federal stimulus dollars from the
Department of Energy. We selected URS as the contractor to conduct the energy audit. Their
proposal came in under the amount we have been allotted by the County. It's effectively a pass-
through. It's on a reimbursement basis. The County requested the project to be done by the end
of June. This would ensure that that happens. They are ready to go as soon as we accept their bid.
Mr. Saponaro asked, how quickly after we pay it do we get reimbursed for this?
