Dearden for over 36 years of dedication and service to Mayfield Village and in <br />Congratulations on his Retirement. <br />Mayor Rinker referred to the article about Patrick Dearden. The headline is, "He hasn't changed <br />much since Day 1." I don't know who your hairdresser is.
