Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council <br />Monday, May 16, 2011 <br />Page 23 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Council reconvened at approximately 9:35 p.m. <br />• Third Readiniz of Ordinance No. 2011-20, entitled, "An ordinance amending Chapter <br />153 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayfield Village, Ohio pertaining to employment <br />provisions, repealing such other ordinances as are inconsistent herewith and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading - <br />April 25, 2011; Second Reading - May 2, 2011) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-20. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there was any discussion. There was none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />• Third Readinlz of Ordinance No. 2011-21, entitled, "An emergency ordinance <br />pertaining to the wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment for <br />employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the calendar years 2011-13, repealing all <br />ordinances inconsistent therewith." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading - Apri125, 2011; Second Reading - May 2, 2011) <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 2011-21. <br />Council President Buckholtz asked if there were any comments or discussion. There was <br />none. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All Motion Carried <br />NAYS: None Ordinance Enacted <br />• First Iaeading of Ordinance No. 2011-26, entitled, "An emergency ordinance creating <br />the position of Director of Administration and enacting new codified ordinance Section <br />131.01."
