Motion to refer to the Planning Commission Commercial Alteration Application <br />filed by Winfield Deacon, LLC on May 9, 2011 regarding rezoning of two existing <br />lots at 835 SOM Center Road from single family residential to local business. <br />. Motion to authorize egpenditure in the amount of $3,804.57 to Original Mattress <br />Factory for the purchase of replacement mattresses for Fire Station. <br />. Motion to go out to bid for sale of police and fire vehicles. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $7,200.00 to Kapton Caulking <br />and Building Restoration, Inc. for caullang of pool. <br />. Motion to authorize expenditure in the amount of $3,000.00 to Sherwin-Williams for <br />pain for pool at 0-42" depth, preschool wall and diving well. <br />. Motion to authorize the Building Director to seek Requests for Proposals for the <br />replacement of the roof at the Civic Center. <br />.
